The Susan Fund provides financial and emotional support to those students facing staggering medical costs associated with cancer treatment in addition to the ever-increasing costs of higher education.

Recipient 2023-2024
The Susan Fund has grown dramatically since its inception in 1982 in both the number of grants and the total amount bestowed. To date we have distributed more than $2 million in scholarship money.
The Susan Fund depends primarily upon individual, corporate and service group contributions to accomplish its objectives. Various fund-raising activities have included dinner dances, auctions and a concert by one of Susan’s classmates. Expenses for the fund are minimal and the needs of the organization are met through a joint volunteer effort. The Susan Fund has a 501(c)(3) federal tax status and donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
