Eric Mengel

Eric is a senior and looking to work in financial services when he graduates. He previously worked at Chubb as an underwriting assistant. Eric is passionate about
politics and previously ran for Representative Town Meeting (RTM) and volunteered for the town-wide campaign. His letter of recommendation said, “Eric proved to be bright, inquisitive, and diligent in his work. His collaboration and leadership skills were impressive…Eric’s “team player” abilities extended beyond his own work—he frequently volunteered to pick up additional work, train other people, review other’s work—these characteristics demonstrate a person’s true value and their ability to look beyond their own self interests.” This is Eric’s fifth Susan Fund scholarship.
