Mallory Ferrari

This is Mallory's first Susan Fund scholarship. Because of cancer treatments, she started online classes this fall, pursuing a Psychology major. Her goal is to become a Child Life Specialist. During her cancer journey, Mallory's own Child Life Specialist helped her to realize that she wants to use her own experience to help others. During high school, Mallory enjoyed being involved in the school community with the stage crew, Interact Club, National English Honor Society, Lit Wits Book Club, and the American Sign Language Club. Her letter of recommendation states, "Mallory is driven, motivated, and focused. Mallory is an exceptional student who has handled adversity with a determination that leaves us all impressed. Her resilience is immeasurable."
