Abigail is in her junior year this fall at Clemson, majoring in Biochemistry. She plans on working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. She hopes to use her knowledge to contribute to the medical field and help advance new treatments and therapies that can improve people's lives. This summer, Abigail worked full-time as a pharmacy technician at CVS, where she gained experience in a professional pharmacy environment. She filled prescriptions, helped customers, and managed inventory. Her letter of recommendation states, "Abigail is unique in that she is consistently dedicated to experiences and educative opportunities and handles challenges with resilience and humility." This is Abigail's third Susan Fund award.
