Nate will be a junior this fall and is studying towards his career goal of working with teenagers in the mental health field, specifically as a case worker or in human services. This summer he hopes to have an internship in New York City working for diversity, equity and inclusion. Nate’s academic coach writes “From the time we began working together, Nate’s maturity and communication skills have been standout. Nate shines in his community of learners and it has been a pleasure to watch him grow over his first years of college.” This is Nate’s third Susan Fund scholarship.
