Charlie is taking a Gap Year and plans on attending Utah Tech in the Fall of 2024 to study Digital Film and dabble in theatre and acting. Charlie has a passion for musical theater and was a member of the Staples Players and the Staples Orphenians. For two years, he has been in a pre-professional program called 1022m, an internship program where Charlie spent time during school and summers with other students producing short film and feature film, writing, photography and post-production. Charlie’s letter of recommendation states that “he is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. He is warm and funny. His personality shines in his vintage wardrobe.” This is Charlie’s first Susan Fund award.
