Daniel Krekoska
Daniel is in his junior year and is majoring in Health Policy and minoring in Political Science. He wrote, ―I have begun to develop an interest in the American healthcare system, which has greatly affected me since my cancer diagnosis.‖ He is planning to study abroad in Rome in the spring of 2023 to learn about political and humanitarian issues related to the refugee crisis. Daniel‘s letter of recommendation notes, ―In addition to excelling academically, Dan is also a natural leader and is an asset to every team to which he belongs!‖ Last year he worked as a fitness center manager at Providence College and was a member of the college‘s fall orientation staff. This is Daniel‘s third Susan Fund scholarship.
